Dr. Steven Baroletti has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership and management experience in various settings including academic medical centers, integrated health systems and community hospitals. His career includes twelve years at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he worked both clinically and in a managerial role followed by serving as the Chief Operating Officer at both MetroWest Medical Center and Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital over the next decade.
Dr. Baroletti holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences and Master of Business Administration degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston Campus. He has over 20 peer-reviewed publications and has served on numerous boards and community groups.
A dynamic leader with an outstanding record of achievement, Dr. Baroletti is a strategic thinker, known for his collaborative approach to helping organizations achieve success. He has extensive experience in developing strategies to enhance cultural and organizational change. Dr. Baroletti believes strongly in improving access to quality mental health care and continuity of care across systems.

As an experienced and forward-thinking leader, Dr. Duan has worked across a broad spectrum of settings including academic institutions, non-profit hospitals, and for-profit companies. Skilled in Psychiatric Services, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Medical Staff development, Medical Education and Research, he has been nationally recognized in the field of psychiatry with the distinction of The Best Doctors in America selected by nationwide physician peers and Distinguished Fellow elected by The American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Duan previously worked in central Pennsylvania at Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, affiliated with Penn State Hershey Medical Center and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Pinnacle Health System where he served in a variety of leadership roles including Medical Director, President of Medical Staff, and Medical Director of Adult Service Line.
Dr. Duan earned his medical degree from Hebei Medical University in China and his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Miami, Florida. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Maryland, Sheppard Pratt Hospital, and clinical fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health in Maryland. Dr. Duan conducted long-standing and comprehensive clinical work in the settings of General Hospital, outpatient, inpatient, long-term care facilities, and psychiatric urgent care and emergency services involving adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients at Shepard Pratt Health System.

Paul brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience to the team, specializing in optimizing financial capabilities, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. With a proven track record of mentoring teams to drive operational excellence and profitability, he has led major transformations, performance turnarounds, and strategic initiatives, including M&A activities, across large multinational corporations, small businesses, and start-ups.
Recognized for his ability to deliver solution-specific financial value, Paul is passionate about building diverse, well-educated, and empowered teams. He works closely with our CEO and executive team, providing credible forecasts and strategic insights that enable informed, sustainable decision-making. His approach balances cost management with growth while fostering collaboration to support long-term success.

Holly comes to us with a proven record of success in several different levels of care including acute inpatient, partial hospitalization, and clinical stabilization services. She has served as a leader in the field of psychiatric nursing for nearly two decades. As Chief Nursing Officer, Holly is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of nursing for all of Pembroke Hospital’s inpatient programs, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Holly has dedicated her career to serving those who suffer from psychiatric and substance use disorders.
Holly values the importance of patient centered care and strives to continuously deliver high quality evidence-based treatment to patients and their loved ones. Holly’s diverse experience leading teams, fostering a collaborative approach, and establishing best practices at all levels of care, supports Pembroke Hospital’s focus and success in providing cutting edge psychiatric services.

Aria Zayas

Aria Zayas brings more than 15 years of experience in mental health, healthcare management, and public health to her role as Chief Clinical Officer at Pembroke Hospital. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and administrative leadership, Aria is dedicated to advancing innovative, patient-centered care models that promote recovery and wellness for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
Aria holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University (formerly Wheelock College), a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Fitchburg State University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University. She has served as Chair of her town’s Board of Health and currently contributes to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Public Advisory Council. In addition to her leadership role, Aria maintains a private virtual therapy practice, providing psychotherapy to at-risk populations.

Michelle brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience to the team, specializing in quality and process improvement, operations, project management, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and staff education. She holds a Healthcare Master of Business Administration from Simmons University School of Management, a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine, and is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Additionally, she is Lean Six Sigma certified.
Starting her career in the laboratory, Michelle expanded her expertise to the hospital setting, where she has supported inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services, including a 14-year tenure at Boston Children’s Hospital. Passionate about a human-centered approach, Michelle excels at identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with staff to build stronger systems. With a focus on thoughtful analysis and data-driven decision-making, she is dedicated to driving continuous improvement across healthcare operations.

Christopher brings over 15 years of human resources experience to the team, with a strong focus on HR management, employee relations, compliance and operational efficiency. He has led HR functions across diverse industries, including non-profits, medical devices and healthcare, where he developed expertise in talent acquisition, training, performance management and labor law compliance. Christopher is skilled in streamlining processes, enhancing employee engagement, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. Known for his ability to mentor teams and build strong relationships with both staff and management, he is dedicated to driving continuous improvement across all HR functions.

Lyndsey Collins

Lyndsey came to us with a diverse background in relationship building and communication. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, she worked in public relations with Fortune 500 companies, government entities and non-profits. From there she began a career as a private marketing consultant for small to mid-size businesses, developing trusted relationships between business and target market. Lyndsey then found her passion in healthcare, helping practitioners provide the best possible education and care for their patients as an Administrator and Reputation Manager in private practices.
Lyndsey is a highly skilled communicator and people person, finding reward in the positive impact she brings to our patients, team, community, and hospital. Through intake management, community outreach and engagement, Lyndsey is dedicated to educating the community on the services we offer and how we are leading the way in behavioral health here at Pembroke Hospital.
